The project “Development and support for the development of sustainable models of employment of vulnerable groups in the Urban area of Pula” aims to increase the employability of vulnerable groups. In addition to the above, the goal is to raise awareness of the importance of social inclusion of all groups of one society, one community, through the creation of preconditions for the employment of persons from vulnerable groups. Additionally, special attention is directed towards reducing discrimination, considering that it is recognized as a serious obstacle to the social inclusion of vulnerable groups, especially through employment.
Next week, the signing of the contract between all the partners and the Municipality of Marčana as the project holder is expected, and this will formally begin the implementation of the project’s activities.
The project, with a total value of HRK 2,201,232.00, was fully financed by the European Social Fund through the Operational Program Efficient Human Resources, and as part of the Integrated Territorial Investments (ITU mechanism) for the Urban Area of Pula.
